We sell ALL of our puppies on a spay/neuter contract for many reasons but mainly for peace of mind.

We know for certain that none of our puppies are being bred irresponsibly or are victims of puppy mill operators.

We do sell some puppies to breeders who are members of a recognized kennel club and who pass our vetting process.

Of course the puppy also needs to meet the breed standard ; we will not sell a puppy to a breeder unless we believe he or she will be of breeding / show quality, though this can never be guaranteed as puppy growth is unpredictable. 

INSTRUCTIONS
If you have purchased a puppy, please print out the version of the contract that applies to you, fill out the ‘BUYER’ section, date and sign both the contract itself as well as the ‘Authorization to disclose information’ found at the end of the contract and initial each page.
 
The authorization simply gives your veterinarian permission to disclose to us that your pet has in fact been spayed or neutered at their clinic when the time comes. 
 
You can send a scanned copy of the contract to us by e-mail or you can send a physical copy to us by mail if we won’t be meeting in person. If we are meeting in person for puppy pickup, none of the above instructions apply, I will have a copy of the contract ready to fill out.
 
Please note that while you may fill out the contract in print, your signature must be handwritten.

If you’re interested in a puppy for pet purposes only, meaning you will not be breeding your puppy, fill out the ‘spay/neuter/pet’ form.

If you’re interested in breeding or showing your puppy, fill out the ‘breeding rights’ form. This needs to have been approved beforehand of course.

Si vous êtes intéressés par un chiot avec droits de reproduction ou si vous comptez faire des compétitions, remplir le contrat ‘reproduction’. Ceci doit avoir été approuvé au préalable.
